- Log in
- Type in username (example: jaramirrez)
- Type in stu and then your five digit password (example: stu95432)
- First Step
- Count the beads and put them on your plate
- The colors should go in this order:
- Create a Google Spreadsheet
- First Sheet: Bead Data
- Font: Arial
- Size: 18
- Bold first row
- Rename "Sheet 1" to "Bead Data"
- Second Sheet: Create a Column Chart
- Watch the video
- Highlight the data
- Press the "Insert Chart" button
- "Switch rows / columns" must be checked
- "Use row 1 as headers" must be checked
- Choose Column Chart (one of the four charts on the bottom left)
- Press Insert
- Click on chart
- On the top right, press the arrow and choose "Move to own sheet"
- Click Advanced Edit
- Change "Chart Title" to "Color Beads"
- Change "Horizontal Axis title" to "Colors"
- Change "Left Vertical Axis Title" to "Number of Beads"
- Change Colors to corresponding colors
- Rename Chart to "Column Chart"
- Third Sheet: Create a Bar Chart

- Press the "Insert Chart" button

- Choose Bar Chart (one of the four charts on the bottom left)
- Press Insert
- Click on chart
- On the top right, press the arrow and choose "Move to own sheet"
- Click Advanced Edit
- Change "Chart Title" to "Color Beads"
- Change "Horizontal Axis title" to "Number of Beads"
- Change "Left Vertical Axis Title" to "Colors"
- Change Colors to corresponding colors
- Rename Chart to "Bar Chart"
- Fourth Sheet: Create a Line Chart

- Press the "Insert Chart" button

- Choose Line Chart (one of the four charts on the bottom left)
- Press Insert
- Click on chart
- On the top right, press the arrow and choose "Move to own sheet"
- Click Advanced Edit
- Change "Chart Title" to "Color Beads"
- Change "Horizontal Axis title" to "Colors"
- Change "Left Vertical Axis Title" to "Number of Beads"
- Change Color to Red
- Rename Chart to "Line Chart"
- Fifth Sheet: Create a Pie Chart

- Highlight the data
- Press the "Insert Chart" button
- "Use row 1 as headers" must be checked
- Choose Pie Chart
- Go to Charts - Pie - Pie chart
- Press Insert
- Click on chart
- On the top right, press the arrow and choose "Move to own sheet"
- Click Advanced Edit
- Change "Chart Title" to "Color Beads"
- Change Colors to corresponding colors
- Rename Chart to "Pie Chart"

- In Cell A20, type: Total
- In Cell B20, type: =SUM(B2:B19)
- This will give you the total number of beads you have
